We are in search of a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your expertise in architectural concepts, building codes, and construction processes will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial projects
- Proficiency with computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to understand their requirements and develop design proposals
- Creating detailed drawings using CAD software
- Obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility
- Overseeing construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
