As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from initial design concepts to final construction. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on time.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in Russia
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Willingness to relocate to Chelyabinsk

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of architectural designs for various projects
- Ensure that all design plans comply with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources
- Oversee the work of architects, engineers, and other team members
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements
