Architecture Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct site visits and analyze site conditions for new projects
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure structural integrity of designs
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client review
- Oversee construction process to ensure design plans are accurately followed
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Chelyabinsk (Indian nationals preferred)
