Senior Architect for Contract Position in Chelyabinsk, Russia

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia on a contract basis. As the Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, and 3D models using AutoCAD or similar software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure design feasibility and quality control
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or similar software
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian proficiency is a plus)
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Chelyabinsk

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.
