As a Senior Architect in our Chelyabinsk office, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in the city. This role requires strong leadership skills and technical expertise to ensure that projects are completed successfully and within budget.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with clients and project managers to understand project requirements, creating design proposals and presentations, reviewing and approving construction plans, and managing a team of architects and designers. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in architecture with a focus on commercial or residential projects. A degree in architecture or a related field is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software is also necessary.

We are seeking a candidate who can bring innovative ideas to the table and has excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills are essential as you will be interacting with clients, contractors, and team members on a regular basis.
