A manufacturing company in Chelyabinsk, Russia is seeking a skilled Fitter to join their team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and fitting various components and structures according to engineering specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Select appropriate tools and materials for each job
- Assemble and fit components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, etc.
- Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping
- Ensure all assembled parts meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues with assembly or fit
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Fitter in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, etc.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.
