We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, maintaining and operating various types of machinery to ensure efficient production. Your main goal will be to ensure that production procedures run smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machinery according to specific instructions and safety protocols
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning
- Adjust machine settings as needed for different production runs
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions in a timely manner
- Perform regular maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns or delays in production
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures while operating machinery

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
- Familiarity with various types of machinery such as lathes, presses, grinders, etc.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting
