Job Title: Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant and ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly. This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including customer service, food quality, inventory management, and staff training
- Create and maintain schedules for employees
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Monitor food costs and make adjustments as needed to maintain profitability
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance and address any concerns or issues
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation of food orders
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Continuously seek ways to improve operations and increase efficiency

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing inventory levels and controlling costs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in Russian is preferred but not required
