We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the food and beverage industry, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and budget
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure high quality of food and service standards are maintained at all times
- Train and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients and products
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role is preferred
- Proven track record of increasing sales and profitability in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Russian language is preferred but not required
