Contract Barista - Chelyabinsk, India


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Chelyabinsk, India on a contract basis. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and smoothies. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the cafe and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality and consistency in every drink served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Restock supplies as needed and monitor inventory levels
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food preparation and handling

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities with valid work permit for India

Benefits:
