We are hiring a skilled Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in Chelyabinsk. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous barista experience to showcase their skills and passion for crafting the perfect cup of coffee.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a friendly and efficient manner
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks according to company standards
- Operate various equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, blenders, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Make recommendations to customers based on their preferences
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods and techniques
- Familiarity with various types of coffee beans
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.
