Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Monitor progress and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

- Review and approve necessary permits, licenses, and other legal documents
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide regular updates to upper management on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage teams
- Ability to read blueprints, plans, and technical drawings
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and building codes
