We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in retail stores in an appealing and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores in Chelyabinsk to set up displays according to company guidelines
- Ensure that products are well-stocked and replenished on shelves and displays
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure timely restocking
- Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and visibility of our products
- Conduct store audits to ensure compliance with company standards and correct any discrepancies
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff to maximize product placement and promotion opportunities
- Provide feedback on customer preferences, competitor activities, and market trends to inform future merchandising decisions

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in merchandising or retail management is a plus
- 1+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (proficiency in Russian is also preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic knowledge of merchandising techniques, visual presentation, and product positioning strategies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a team player

Benefits:
