We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company's sales goals
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing training, guidance, and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote company's products/services

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (e.g. manufacturing, retail)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
