International Sales Manager

Our company is a global leader in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality industrial equipment. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic International Sales Manager to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia.

As the International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to increase our market share and revenue in targeted regions. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base in Canada and Nepal, as well as identifying new business opportunities in other countries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets for revenue growth
- Identify potential customers and establish strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends in different regions
- Monitor industry developments and provide insights on competitive landscape
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to promote our products and services
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in international sales, preferably in the industrial equipment industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding into new markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural differences
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus

We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension. Accommodation will not be provided but we can assist with finding suitable housing. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Russia.
