Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating the gardens and outdoor spaces of our clients' properties. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation, so candidates must have their own visa and be eligible to work in Chelyabinsk.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, and maintaining flowers, trees, and other plants
- Trimming and pruning trees and shrubs
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Removing weeds and debris from gardens
- Designing and implementing new garden layouts
- Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs
- Providing recommendations for plant selection based on climate and soil conditions

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various plant species and their care requirements
- Ability to operate gardening equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and pruners
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients
- Attention to detail for precise gardening tasks

Candidates from India or Nepal are preferred. Fluency in English is required.

Salary: 1400$ per month.
