Indian Baker in Chelyabinsk (Contract)

We are a well-established bakery in Chelyabinsk and we are currently seeking an experienced Indian Baker to join our team on a contract basis. As an Indian Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of Indian-style baked goods, including breads, pastries, and desserts. Your main duties will include mixing and kneading dough, shaping and decorating baked goods, and monitoring ovens to ensure proper baking. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring that all food safety and hygiene standards are met.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of experience as a baker, preferably in an Indian bakery or restaurant setting. You must have a strong understanding of Indian baking techniques and ingredients. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. You must also be physically fit as this job involves standing for extended periods of time and some heavy lifting.

As our ideal candidate, you should have excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial in this role as you will be responsible for ensuring that all baked goods meet our quality standards. Good communication skills are also important as you will be working closely with other team members.

This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with other benefits such as paid vacation days and staff discounts on bakery products.
