Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Chelyabinsk. This role involves providing support to our team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating and organizing meetings, conferences, and events
- Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding or directing them appropriately
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Conduct research and gather information as required
- Assist with data entry, filing, and record keeping
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Coordinate travel arrangements when necessary
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Russian language skills is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong time management skills
