As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of computer systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on both desktops and laptops
- Install and configure computer systems, printers, and other peripherals
- Set up user accounts and permissions on networks
- Monitor system performance and perform maintenance tasks as needed
- Educate clients on how to use various software applications and tools
- Keep records of reported issues and resolutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and operating systems
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexible schedule to accommodate urgent requests
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.
