Back-End Developer - Ufa, Russia



We are a fast-growing tech company in Ufa, Russia looking for a talented Back-End Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications and services. You will work closely with our front-end developers and design team to ensure seamless integration of the user interface and back-end functionality.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement new features for our web applications
- Maintain and improve existing codebase, ensuring high performance and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in back-end development
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience working with databases like MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills

Additional Requirements:
-Prior experience working on e-commerce or SaaS platforms is preferred
-Knowledge of Agile software development methods is a plus
