We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack Developer from Kerala, India to join our dynamic and growing team in Ufa, Russia. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our web applications from the front-end to the back-end. You will work closely with our team of designers and developers to deliver high-quality, user-friendly products that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using modern programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
- Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase.
- Continuously improve and optimize performance of web applications.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web development.

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as React or AngularJS.
- Familiarity with back-end technologies like Node.js or Django.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good communication skills in English.

Preference:
- Malayalee or Indian nationality preferred.
- No English language requirement for non-customer facing roles.
- Fresh graduates without experience are welcome to apply.
