We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Ufa. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to design and implement solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, statistics, and programming. Experience with Python, R, and TensorFlow is required. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for data analysis and prediction.
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify relevant datasets for model training.
- Build and maintain databases for efficient data processing.
- Test and evaluate models for accuracy and performance.
- Optimize models for scalability and efficiency.
- Communicate results and insights to cross-functional teams.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in machine learning techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, statistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used in machine learning.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL or NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices.
