Software Developer for Ufa, Russia


We are a fast-growing software development company based in Ufa, Russia and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Developer to join our team. As a Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing and maintaining software applications. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer science and experience with programming languages such as Java, C++, and Python.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and test software applications
- Collaborate with team members to identify solutions and resolve issues
- Write efficient code according to company standards
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends
- Continuously improve existing software systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Software Developer
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python
- Experience with database management systems (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Preferred:
- Experience with web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of mobile development (iOS or Android)
- Fluency in Russian (spoken and written)

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary starting at $1400 USD per month. Salary will be commensurate with experience.

Visa Sponsorship:
We offer visa sponsorship for non-Russian candidates who meet our requirements.

Contract:
This is a contract position for a minimum of 1 year with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa, Russia. Relocation assistance may be provided for qualified candidates.
