We are looking for a motivated and experienced Teamlead to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Teamlead for Biometric Passport Processing, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing and issuance of biometric passports for our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in biometric passport processing.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of passport processors
- Ensure all passport applications are processed accurately and efficiently
- Train new team members on biometric passport processing procedures
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- Communicate with clients regarding any issues or delays in the passport processing
- Stay updated on any changes or updates to biometric passport regulations
- Ensure compliance with all security protocols and data protection laws

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 2 years of experience in biometric passport processing or a similar role
- Experience leading or supervising a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluent in Russian (English proficiency is an asset)
