Project Manager


A reputable construction and development firm in Ufa is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication and organizational abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage all phases of construction projects from start to finish
- Create project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Monitor project progress and identify any potential issues or delays
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards and within budget constraints
- Manage project team members and delegate tasks effectively
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure work is being carried out as planned
- Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management within the construction industry
- Excellent leadership abilities and strong communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1500 per month. We also offer accommodation for out-of-town employees.
