We are hiring a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Ufa. As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our development team to ensure all design elements are implemented correctly.

Responsibilities:
- Develop website layouts and designs according to client specifications
- Create graphics, logos, and other visual elements for websites
- Use coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to bring designs to life
- Optimize websites for mobile devices and ensure cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure design elements are implemented correctly
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback for website improvements

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
- Familiarity with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, web design, or a related field
- Experience with responsive design and mobile optimization
- Knowledge of SEO principles
Salary: $1100 per month

Note: This position is open to all nationalities. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
