Excavator Operator

We are seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Moscow. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to excavate, move and grade earth, rock, gravel or other materials during construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$, offering visa sponsorship for non-Russian candidates. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavator to dig and move earth, rock, gravel or other materials according to job requirements
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Communicate with team members and follow instructions from supervisors
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on site

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating an excavator
- Valid operator's license for heavy equipment (excavator)
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred:
- Experience operating excavators in a construction environment
- Familiarity with different types of excavator attachments (buckets, breakers, etc.)
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills
