Job Title: Restaurant Manager - St. Petersburg, Russia


We are seeking a highly experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in the vibrant city of St. Petersburg, Russia. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing and training staff, and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure efficient use of resources and adherence to budget
- Manage and train staff on service standards and menu offerings
- Monitor inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of restaurant
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business
- Collaborate with chefs to create new menu items and specials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant management
- Proven track record of success in managing a high volume establishment
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Russian cuisine is an asset
- Fluency in English is preferred
