Office Assistant
As an Office Assistant, your main responsibility will be to provide administrative and clerical support to the office staff in our St. Petersburg office. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
Your duties will include answering and directing phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining office supplies, and handling basic bookkeeping tasks. You will also be responsible for filing and organizing documents, managing calendars, and assisting with other office tasks as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills and be proficient in using Microsoft Office programs. Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred but not required. Additionally, fluency in English is preferred but not a strict requirement.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. We are open to considering Indian candidates who are legally authorized to work in St. Petersburg.
