Office Assistant - St. Petersburg, Russia
Our company in St. Petersburg is seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. This position will require an individual with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors to the office
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep track of office inventory and equipment
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collaborate with other team members on projects as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Fluent English speaker (Russian language skills are a bonus)
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this full-time position. Our company also provides visa sponsorship for international candidates.
