Facade Technician

The Facade Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing facades on buildings in the city of Ufa. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as experience with facade installation and repair. This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to work at heights.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect existing facades and identify areas in need of repair or replacement
- Install new facades on buildings according to design plans and specifications
- Repair damaged or deteriorated facades using appropriate materials and techniques
- Work at heights using scaffolding, ladders, or lifts as needed
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and project managers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in facade installation or repair
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials related to facades
- Ability to read blueprints and design plans
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in English (ability to speak Hindi is a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Ufa without accommodation

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
