We are in search of a highly skilled Finisher to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various projects and ensuring they meet the desired specifications. This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month and includes visa sponsorship for candidates from Egypt.

Responsibilities:
- Perform finishing work on surfaces such as wood, metal, and concrete
- Sand, polish, and varnish surfaces to achieve a smooth and even finish
- Apply sealants and coatings to protect surfaces from damage or wear
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Repair any imperfections or defects in the finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of finishes and techniques for applying them
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications accurately
- Attention to detail and precision in workmanship
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
- Fluent in English is not required but considered an asset
