We are seeking a skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Ufa, Russia. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling various types of formwork for concrete structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Experience in formwork construction is required
- Ability to work part-time on weekends and evenings
- Must have accommodation in Ufa or be willing to relocate
- Free visa and ticket will be provided for eligible candidates

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Measure, cut, and shape wood, metal, and other materials to create formwork templates
- Set up formwork according to specifications and safety guidelines
- Pour concrete into formwork and smooth surfaces using hand tools or power tools
- Remove formwork after concrete has set and clean up the worksite

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely
- Physically fit to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
