We are seeking a skilled Turner to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Turner, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various machine tools to shape and form metal parts according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Set up and operate various machine tools such as lathes, grinders, mills, and drills
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Inspect finished parts for defects and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot issues with machines and make repairs when needed
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner or in a similar role
- Proficient in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances
- Good problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
