We are a reputable construction company in Ufa, Russia looking for experienced Dismantlers to join our team. As a Dismantler, you will be responsible for disassembling and removing old structures and equipment from construction sites. This is a contract job with competitive salary of 1200$ per month, with accommodation provided.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dismantler or in a related field
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Disassemble structures, machinery, and equipment according to blueprints or instructions from supervisors
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as cranes or bulldozers to remove materials
- Sort and organize materials for disposal or recycling
- Inspect materials for damage or defects before disassembly
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries on the job site

This position is open to all applicants regardless of nationality or gender. However, preference will be given to those with experience in dismantling large structures such as buildings or industrial equipment. The ability to communicate in English is not required but would be considered an asset.
