Concrete Worker



We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and pouring concrete for various construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1100$, suitable for Nepali or foreign workers who are proficient in English and able to work on-site with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up concrete forms
- Mix and pour concrete according to project specifications
- Smooth and level concrete surfaces using hand tools or power trowels
- Finish edges and joints of concrete using appropriate tools
- Monitor curing process and make adjustments as needed
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Maintain equipment and tools in good condition

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work in outdoor conditions
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English

Preferred qualifications:
- Certification or training in concrete work or related field
- Experience working on construction sites
- Proficiency in Nepali language
