Civil Engineer - Infrastructure Development Specialist


We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer with expertise in infrastructure development to join our team in Ufa. As the Infrastructure Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of various civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and other public structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify project feasibility and potential challenges
- Develop detailed project plans including budget estimates, timelines, and resource allocation
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to project plans and quality standards
- Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and contractors to coordinate project activities
- Regularly review progress and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders and provide updates on any issues or delays

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on infrastructure development
- Strong knowledge of relevant design software and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Physically fit to carry out on-site inspections and supervise construction activities
