Job Title: Industrial Alpinist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Alpinist to join our team in Ufa. As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various tasks at heights, such as building maintenance, installation, and repair work. You must have a strong understanding of safety procedures and possess excellent physical fitness to perform duties in challenging environments. This position offers a salary of 1000$, accommodation, and free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform rope access techniques to access heights safely
- Inspect and maintain equipment before each use
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Complete tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairs at heights
- Install or remove structures using industrial climbing techniques
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Record detailed reports of work completed and any issues encountered

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Industrial Alpinist or similar role
- Valid industrial climbing certification (IRATA or SPRAT)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work in challenging environments
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to industrial alpinism
- Ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Preferred:
- Experience working on industrial projects such as building maintenance or construction
- Multilingual proficiency (English required)
