Heavy Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist with construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month and includes accommodation, free visa, and ticket.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Complete necessary paperwork and reports on equipment usage

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid equipment operator certification or license
- Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures for heavy equipment
- Ability to read project plans and understand instructions from supervisors
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Indian nationality preferred
