Solar Installation Technician
Our solar installation company is seeking a skilled Solar Installation Technician to join our team in Ufa. As a Solar Installation Technician, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment at various job sites. The ideal candidate should have experience in the solar industry and possess strong technical skills. This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain solar panels and related equipment at various job sites
- Ensure proper assembly and mounting of panels according to specifications
- Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise

- Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in the solar industry or related field
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of solar panel installation processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
Preferred:
- Certification in solar panel installation or related field
- Experience working on commercial or large-scale solar projects
