Job Title: Architectural Technologist in Ufa, Russia


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Ufa. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans, as well as assisting with project management tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent technical skills, and experience with project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects and engineers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create accurate 3D models and renderings
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess progress on construction projects
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project success
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology related to architectural design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software programs
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project coordination or management is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this full-time position. Our company also provides health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.

Preference:
This position is open to all candidates who meet the requirements. However, preference will be given to Filipino applicants who have experience working in Russia or are familiar with Russian building codes.
