We are a prestigious architectural firm based in Ufa, seeking a talented Preservation Architect to join our team. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical buildings and structures, ensuring their longevity and cultural significance.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on historical buildings and structures to understand their architectural style, materials used, and any previous restorations.
- Develop preservation plans and designs that meet the standards of historic preservation agencies.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure the preservation process goes smoothly.
- Inspect buildings for any structural issues or damage and provide recommendations for repairs or replacements.
- Monitor restoration projects to ensure they are carried out according to the preservation plan.
- Stay up-to-date with current preservation techniques and materials.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in historic preservation.
- Extensive knowledge of historic preservation principles, techniques, and materials.
- Strong research skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Biometric passport required for international travel.
