Preservation Architect

We are in need of a skilled Preservation Architect to join our team in Ufa on a contract basis. As a Preservation Architect, you will be responsible for preserving and restoring historical structures, ensuring that they maintain their cultural and historical significance. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural history, conservation techniques, and building materials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research on the historical background and architectural significance of structures
- Develop preservation plans and strategies for each project, considering budget and timeline constraints
- Inspect structures to assess their condition and identify areas that require preservation or restoration
- Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure proper implementation of preservation plans
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with preservation standards
- Document all preservation work for future reference and research purposes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in architectural preservation or restoration projects
- Strong knowledge of conservation techniques, materials, and technologies used in historical structures
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in CAD software
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Good communication skills

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Ufa
Employment Type: Contract (with possibility of extension)
