Junior Architectural Designer - Ufa, Russia

As a Junior Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for supporting the design team in creating innovative and functional architectural designs. You will collaborate with senior designers to develop initial concepts, create detailed drawings and models, and participate in client meetings. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural designs, from initial concept to final construction drawings
- Collaborate with senior designers to create 3D models and renderings
- Conduct research on materials, building codes, and construction techniques
- Attend client meetings and present design ideas
- Participate in site visits to ensure design implementation meets specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
- Utilize software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite to create design documents

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Biometric passport or ability to obtain one

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1500$. Salary may vary based on experience and qualifications.

Location:
This position is located in Ufa, Russia. Preference will be given to local candidates but all qualified applicants are welcome.
