Industrial Architect

We are hiring an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Ufa. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for creating and designing industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards while also being visually appealing. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to develop plans and designs that meet project requirements. You will also be responsible for overseeing the construction process to ensure the design is executed accurately.

Responsibilities:
- Develop designs and plans for industrial buildings and facilities, considering safety, functionality, and aesthetics
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to understand project requirements and develop suitable solutions
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed plans and drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide technical guidance during the construction process to ensure accuracy of design implementation
- Review project budgets and timelines to ensure adherence to project requirements
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and changes in regulations related to industrial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or ArchiCAD)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$
Location: Ufa (preference for Egyptian candidates)
