Junior Architecture Manager


We are hiring a Junior Architecture Manager to join our team in Ufa. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a passion for architecture. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. Kenyans and English speakers are encouraged to apply, and no prior experience is required.

As a Junior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the senior management team in overseeing the design, planning, and construction of various projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources
- Review architectural plans and provide feedback to the design team
- Oversee the coordination of contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
