Senior Architect


As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects in Ufa. Your expertise and experience will be essential in managing a team of architects and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop design proposals, presentations, and detailed construction drawings
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met
- Prepare project budgets, schedules, and contracts
- Conduct on-site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project tasks
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate construction drawings
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Ufa (remote work options available for suitable candidates)
