Machine Operator

A machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of machines used in the production process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, working with various types of machinery and equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure smooth production
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machines
- Perform regular maintenance and cleaning on machines
- Keep accurate records of machine performance and maintenance
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production processes

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a machine operator or in a related field
- Technical knowledge of different types of machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical strength and stamina to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks

Preferred:
- Technical or vocational training in machine operation or a related field
- Experience with specific types of machinery relevant to the job

Location: Ufa, Russia (open to Indian candidates)

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
