Our busy restaurant in Ufa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, strong leadership skills, and exceptional communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and budgeting
- Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service
- Maintain high levels of food quality and safety standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian (Filipino nationality preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control techniques
- Experience in creating menus, pricing dishes, and managing food costs
- Familiarity with health codes and regulations in Ufa (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
