Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Indian restaurant in the vibrant city of Ufa. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food, and maintaining a positive atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff schedules, inventory, and budget
- Ensure high-quality service is provided to all guests, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain consistency and meet customer expectations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and attract new customers
- Train and mentor staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment
- Collaborate with the chef to create menu items that reflect traditional Indian cuisine while also catering to local preferences
- Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and ability to create authentic dishes
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in budgeting, inventory management, and other administrative tasks
